BIT

So now that Zoe has teeth, yes plural there are now two teeth not just one, she bites. I am still breastfeeding and those teeth don't make me very happy. I know she doesn't mean to do it, I think she is still too young to really understand what she is doing, and when she does it is when she has fallen asleep. But man its not fun. Those teeth are like little daggers. Although I must admit it's not as bad as what I was expecting for being bit on that area of my body. Its when shes asleep and still kinda eating, her tooth slowly pinches in and it feels like a pinch. The first time she did it I screamed and it woke her up and she started crying. I felt bad about making her cry, she didn't even know what she did. Now i'm a bit cautious when she's eating and I watch what she's doing very closely to make sure she isn't doing it on purpose. I've got to say for you soon-to-be moms for me her biting me is much better than the first 2 months of breastfeeding. That was horrible, I don't know if that makes you feel better or worse. I just pray for any mom with a new baby that they don't have as hard of time breastfeeding as I did. But I does get better. And the bond you create with your baby is amazing. I LOVE IT.

Funny Kids

So Jase LOVES ninja turtles and decided he wanted to be one. So he made his own costume. He got his ninja helmet on, his sword belt on, his sword in the back of his shirt, and his stick in his hand. Then he went around fighting bad guys.


Zoe isn't very fond of her swing any more. When you put her in it you have to make sure you strap her in. Otherwise this picture would look a lot different. Instead of siting normal, she likes to sit sideways in the swing. She's silly

Sea World

we were able to go to Sea World in the beginning of January. It was a lot of fun. Jase has never played in there water park before, and we've been there when it was really hot. But this time he ran into the water and got soaking wet. Who would think that in the beginning of January a kid would be able to get soaking wet outside and not get sick. I will admit he didn't stay in those cloths the rest of the day we changed his undies and pants and put his sweatshirt on. Zoe got to ride in the stroller and it worked a lot better than I thought it would. She's just been getting so big.

Growing up too fast!

Zoe rolled over AHHH!!! On Dec. 27 she rolled over for the first time ever. I put her on her stomach and came back and she was on her back. Now she does it from stomach to back or back to stomach. I thought it took longer to do both. Now her growing up is all coming too fast. Zoe also has a new tooth!!! She is only 4 1/2 months old but there it is. Her bottom left tooth has wanted to come in for the last month or so and just yesterday (Jan. 6, 2008) it came out. I don't know how excited I am about that but I'll live I'm sure. She has also taken her first bite of food other than mothers milk. We gave her some baby oatmeal for the first time Jan 5, 2008. She wasn't too sure about it. She would take it in than spit it out, but I'm pretty sure thats normal.
